About Us

Hi, thank you for visiting! My name is Lydia and I'm thrilled to welcome you to Beyond The Vine. I joined the wine industry in the summer of 2021 after many years of enthusiasm for wine. During a brief stint working at a lovely bottle shop in Bend and then managing a small wine bar in downtown Redmond, a vision was born to pursue opening my own space. Beyond The Vine officially opened on November 14, 2023.

 

Here, I strive to make wine approachable and interesting by providing you with a selection of many different varieties from regions around the world. Our selection highlights sustainable, organic and biodynamic farming, minimal intervention winemaking and small producers. My passion is wine education and finding wines that excite and surprise you. On March 16, 2024, I completed my Level 3 course through WSET (Wine & Spirits Education Trust). I'm excited to continue to bring what I am learning to the bar and to your table.
