Tim Rippa has tried on many hats over the 25 years he has been immersed in the wine industry. His career began working as a buyer and manager in restaurants while studying with the Court of Master Sommelliers. He went on to farm and make wine in the Willamette Valley for five years and then ran a small French wine importing business for a decade. Tim now embraces being back in Bend and continues to engage with wine and anyone who wants to endeavor to taste, talk, and continue to learn about the stories and experiences food and wine present. Having travelled extensively to explore and source wines from various regions in France and Italy, Tim fell in love with wines made with authenticity and farmed with integrity.
