Tim Rippa has tried on many hats over the 25 years he has been immersed in the wine industry. His career began working as a buyer and manager in restaurants while studying with the Court of Master Sommeliers. He went on to farm and make wine in the Willamette Valley for five years and then ran a small French wine importing business for a decade. Having traveled extensively to explore and source wines from various regions in France and Italy, Tim fell in love with wines made with authenticity and farmed with integrity. 🌿

The wine flight will include 2 oz pours of the following wines:
