Winemaking Methods w/Tim Rippa

Tim Rippa is back in the bar on Wednesday, May 14th for an exciting night discussing how wines are made! The line-up includes wines in multiple styles (sparkling, white, rose, orange and red) and learning about the different winemaking methods for each wine. Flight of five wines and light fare are included.

Tim has tried on many hats over the 25 years he has been immersed in the wine industry. His career began working as a buyer and manager in restaurants while studying with the Court of Master Sommeliers. He went on to farm and make wine in the Willamette Valley for five years and then ran a small French wine importing business for a decade. Tim now embraces being back in Bend and continues to engage with wine and anyone who wants to endeavor to taste, talk, and continue to learn about the stories and experiences food and wine present.
